Consulting =Â Connection
Founding educator and parent, Nicole Ziccardi, Ed.M. witnessed the troubled landscape of learning and working, especially in the wake of the COVID-19. With nearly 20 years of experience, it was a natural next step to apply her expertise to a broader network with the launch of Pointed Educational Consulting in 2022.

Prior to founding Pointed Educational Consulting, Nicole served as Principal in the New York City Department of Education, Assistant Principal on Long Island, as well as Dean of Faculty & Director of Curriculum, and Instructional Coach at prominent independent schools. Most proudly, however, she is a mom of two school-aged boys, where she is continues to practice conscious parenting strategies, advocating for social emotional learning, and nurturing neurodivergence!
